pimp my tosti
En we noemen hem de pannekoek-tosti: een tosti met kaas, appel en rozijn. Serveren met stroop (mmm, lekker zompig).

En wat is jouw originele tosti-recept?

Twee donkere boterhammen.
De ene boterham insmeren met kruidenroomskaas, de andere helft met pesto.
Op de pestohelft een plakje ham, rauwe uienringen, kleine stukjes rode peper en plakjes mozarella leggen en op de kruidenkaas helft tomaten en een plakje hollandse kaas.

Dit is een benadering, ik weet het recept niet helemaal meer :P.

de tonijn-kaas-tosti: lekkere kaas, eventueel met wat parmezaan erbij, tonijnstukjes, uiringen en veel zwarte peper. :) Lotte
